Meghan and Jesse were partners on DNVR, they were always together at the Avs games, at the draft, on videos, on the podcast... I wonder what will happen now.

Glad to see him leave AJ and and that other guy in the dust. Jesse and Meghan are the only true professionals on the DNVR Avs crew. Meghan will end up somewhere better soon enough as well.

I'm hoping the Avs media crew can get the boys back together for another music video. After rewatching their Imagine Dragons publicity piece, I really think they should try again. It's very well possible that the only thing holding them back from really breaking through was that they chose such a piece of junk song.

They need to do it again, but this time to Nickleback.

Need to aim even higher with this plan. This time Crickleback. A Creed + Nickelback mashup is the winning ticket

I tried this as an exercise, and not only do they not go very well, because Creed never raise their bitchass BPM and tuning, the lyrics are also not funny, and I have cancer now.

I find this very believable. People in the office below the one I work in love to play both those bands (and just other terrible music) while having incredibly annoying Friday afternoon parties that they still don’t understand would be more fun if they did them somewhere other than their office

Just everyone at the party in slow motion throwing office supplies and coffee cups, and at the end of the party it turns out one of the colleagues was actually dead the whole time and fades away.

I refuse to acknowledge that Nickelback has songs other than where someone's husband either dies or doesn't die at the end.

Jesse leaving DNVR is the best news I've heard all summer. I can not stand listening to that guy speak for more that 7 seconds. Someone else is going to have to interrupt Meghan every time she tries to speak now.
The joke might be on you, he might be getting an even better and more important gig.

I like Jesse but yea sometimes on the podcast he just wouldn't let other people talk. I get why some people might find him annoying.

Surprised how many of you lot actually kept/keep listening to DNVR after all the complaints here. I maybe listened to at most twenty minutes of their coverage over the course of their existence as an entity and most of it was just drunk takes after games. If that's what they want to build towards, they have all the power in the world to keep building that type of brand. I liked what I've seen from Meghan as others have posted on here, but I tend to follow her personal tweets instead of DNVR's tweets.

I really want to support an in-depth podcast/analysis/radio type group/person for the Avs. DNVR is amateur hour, insufferable, and just utterly devoid of anything approaching insight. It's just miserable to listen to, so I don't.

@The Mars Volchenkov you are our only hope.

Agreed on Jesse talking over everyone being seriously annoying at times.

I haven't watched much DNVR at all, but his recipe for asking a question was asking the question then providing his own answer to the question making it like a 3 minute long question, ultimately giving the other person zero talking points and about 10 seconds to basically just say "yes".

Example question:
"Today was Player Xs first game back from injury. How do you feel they played? It seemed that they were everywhere tonight, contributing on the scoreboard and helping set up his linemates with quality opportunities all night. He seemed a bit rusty as first but found his legs as the game drew on, he even had that big hit at center ice in the second which really got the crowd going and got some energy back into the bench. He seemed a little winded but that comes with conditioning, but he really was a welcome addition to the lineup."

Err. Yes.

Is KSE every going to ever give a damn about the fans who want to watch the games? Depressing other cities are going to get local TV broadcasts and streaming options. What are we getting? Same old crap of get DirecTV.
