How else is hockey in your life?: Still playing in a garage league for fun with friends but was playing Junior A hockey before dislocating my shoulders too many times. Not enough physio I guess.
Favorite Av moment: 01' cup was clearly THE moment.
How and when did you become an Av fan? Grew up a Nordiques fan and grew up by hating the Habs. I was still with my pampers I guess. Since then, I have followed my team move to Colorado and see them win the cup a year later overthere.

How and when did you become an Av fan? Avs moved to Co right when I got into hockey. Since ATL didnt have a team, I natuarlly gravitated towards the Avs because of Patrick Roy and going to Colorado multiple times a year on vacation. Colorado is like my 2nd home

How and when did you become an Av fan?: Started watching hockey around 95. Like how Sakic played, since that's how I played. My 2 older brothers cheer for the Oilers and Red Wings respectively, so it was just natural to cheer for the Avs.

How else is hockey in your life?: Just finished playing midget, now just play shinny every other week with friends.
Favorite Av moment: Ray Bourque being handed the Cup.
Least favorite Av moment: That playoff loss to Minnesota after being up 3-1 in the series. I think it was Patrick Roy's last time playing in the NHL.
How and when did you become an Av fan?: I remember playing my first year of hockey when I was 6 or 7, and at the end of the year they gave us all our own hockey cards. When I was writing in the info on the back there was a spot for favourite player, and I didn't have one. I had watched my first full playoff series around that same time between Colorado and Detroit, and Joe Sakic was one player I really remembered, so I picked him. I've been a huge Avs fan ever since, and it is only now that I'm thinking about it that I realized I could have just as easily become a Red Wings fan.

How and when did you become an Av fan?: Basically, I live in Montreal but liked rooting for 'the bad guy' when I was young and chose the Nordiques. Then, the first memorable hockey experience was watching the 96 team win the cup. From that point on, mediocre Montreal hockey would not steal me away from the Avs' dynasty years.

Least favorite Av moment: Reading on Text-TV the following morning that the Red Wings won the Avs 7-0 in 2002 WCF.
How and when did you become an Av fan?: My brother liked Roy and he made me read Avs news and so I got interested as well, and then hooked up when Finnish TV showed the SC finals in 01 and I got to see them for the first time on TV (They only showed Finals where Finns played, so thank you mr. Nieminen)
