Long time lurker... decided it was time to join

Gender: Male.
Age: 33
Occupation: IT
Favoite Music Artist(s): Ray LaMontagne, System of a Down, anything that isn't country music
Favorite TV show: Breaking Bad, Sons of Anarchy, Up All Night
Favorite Movie: Snatch
Favorite Book(s) or Author(s): Steven King
Favorite Av: Stastny
Favorite Ex-Av: Hinote
Favorite non-Av: Ryan Miller
Next or other favorite team: Bruins
How else is hockey in your life?: Grew up in Maine, so hockey is in my blood. If I wasn't old, broken and busy, I'd be playing rec league.
Favorite Av moment: Sakic handing the cup to Bourque
Least favorite Av moment: The Bertuzzi incident. He should be in jail.
How and when did you become an Av fan?: 2000 when Ray Bourque came to the Avs. I grew up a Bruins fan, and was a big Bourque fan. My desire to watch him led to me watching nearly every Avs game he played, and the talent of the team made it hard to not be a fan.

How else is hockey in your life?: Experience playing goaltender, 360. Looking for a beer league around Loveland/Fort Collins.
Favorite Av moment: Cup Finals against the Devils. Such an amazing cup on so many levels. The two epic teams, Ray Bourque, the Devils originally being the Colorado Rockies...and the back and forth nature. It was an amazing series.
Least favorite Av moment: Always enjoyed watching, no matter what. Least favorite would have to be seeing Steve Moore wheeled off the ice after the Bertuzzi suckerpunch.
How and when did you become an Av fan?: Growing up always had an interest in the game, and having a team with such talent and character come here and win the cup their first year in town, got a lifetime fan for sure.

Gender: Male
Age: 26
Occupation: Full-time student, part-time computer help.
Favoite Music Artist(s): Burial, Bachelors of Science, Liquid Stranger, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Fleetwood Mac, RUSH, Sleeping Giant, Job for a Cowboy
Favorite TV show: South Park, Adventure Time, Squidbillies
Favorite Book(s) or Author(s): Hunter S. Thompson, Richard Feynman, J.R.R Tolkien
Favorite Av: O'Rielly
Favorite Ex-Av: Roy
Favorite non-Av: Quick
Next or other favorite team: Montreal
How else is hockey in your life?: My family in Colorado has been a big fan of hockey. I haven't played the game myself, but I'm looking to change that this year by finding some pick up games here in Vegas.
Favorite Av moment: Not really an Av's moment, but the way Roy left Montreal to come to Colorado.
How and when did you become an Av fan?: I was indoctrinated by family in Colorado. Wasn't a huge fan of sports in general when I was younger, but I was around my family when we won the first cup in 95-96. I didn't go to my first NHL game until mid 2000's, so I was fortunate enough to see Sakic play before he retired. I wish I could have seen Roy! Only the last couple years did I start following the team closely and with more passion for the sport.

Name: Ryan Formosa
Gender: Male
Age: 20
Occupation: Officer in the Royal Canadian Navy
Favoite Music Artist(s): Jack Johnson
Favorite TV show: Too many, but Game of Thrones has to be up there right now
Favorite Book(s): A Song of Fire and Ice (the series)
Favorite Av: Current, I'd have to say Landeskog, I love how the kid plays. Ever, should be a given for most, but definitely Joe Sakic (I'm not considering him an ex-av, cause he is still working with the organization and, in my opinion, will be an av for life)
Favorite Ex-Av: I would say Tanguay if it weren't for all those years on Calgary, so I'll have to go with Stewart (even though he is not doing well this year) and Shattenkirk. When that trade happened I think I died a little inside. Just getting over it now.
Favorite non-Av: Martin St. Louis and Steve Stamkos
Next or other favorite team: Tampa Bay (I've always liked them, but since my roommate is cousins Martin St. Louis its hard not to cheer for the more), and, considering the team is half avs now, the St. Louis Blues
How else is hockey in your life?: Road hockey on sundays
Favorite Av moment: Any time Patrick Roy dropped the gloves, and when Sakic passed Ray Bourque the cup
How and when did you become an Av fan?: To be honest I don't really remember. I am from a small town near Vancouver, Canada, and I always hated the prospect of being a Canucks fan, so that was out of the question. I think it probably had something to do with Joe Sakic, he is from Burnaby, which is close enough to home, and I can't remember a point in my life where Joe Sakic wasn't my favorite player, and I can't even remember a time where 19 wasn't my favorite number.

Favorite TV show: MythBusters, Big Bang, HIMYM
Favorite Book(s): Scar Tissue is a good read.
Favorite Av: Paul Stastny. Hoping he can find his 70-80pt game soon.
Favorite Ex Av: Kevin Shattenkirk, we barely knew ye.
Favorite non-Av: Evgeni Malkin/Ilya Kovalchuk
Next or other favorite team: Eh. Don't really have another favorite, I guess I'd root for the Pens if I was forced to pick another team.
How else is hockey in your life?: Used to play in a few leagues before my ATFL tore twice in 5 months.
Favorite Av moment: "Sakic fakes it, takes it, Scores!"
How and when did you become an Av fan?: Grew up in Colorado, probly started to take notice of hockey around '97-'98 when all of a sudden I discovered sports, with all the Broncos fever. I was 10, been a fan since.

Favorite non-Av: Rick Nash or Tim Thomas
Next or other favorite team: Boston Bruins
How else is hockey in your life?: I play beer league with a bunch of high school buddies as well as floor hockey. I read anything about hockey I can get my hands on, as well as collect jerseys and memorbillia.
Favorite Av moment: Tie- 2001 Game 7 Sakic goal ("fakes it and takes it!") or Craig Anderson's UNREAL shutout to give the Avs a 1-0 win over San Jose in the playoffs a few years ago.
How and when did you become an Av fan?: I used to play NHL 1994 with my Dad on the Super Nintendo all the time and used the Nordiques because I thought their blue/white jerseys looked nicer than Toronto's. I thank my 5 year old self for that decision every day.

Gender: Female
Age: 24
Location: Aurora, Colorado
Occupation: Stay at home mom/looking for a job.
Favorite Music Artist(s): Oh wow... too many to list, but I'll say Hedley, The Pogues, Rise Against, Theory of A Deadman, Three Days Grace, Apocalyptica, Adelita's Way, Dropkick Murphys, Flogging Molly, Rancid, Atreyu, The Fray, and Murder By Death.
Favorite TV show: NCIS, Law and Order: SVU, Ghost Adventures, First 48, Firefly, Stargate SG-1, Bones, Rescue Me
Favorite Book(s): I read a lot, but I'll say His Dark Materials by Phillip Pullman, The Lord of the Rings, Mists of Avalon, Rainbow Six by Tom Clancy, Sum of All Fears by Tom Clancy, the Hunger Games trilogy, and the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (Millennium) trilogy by Stieg Larsson.
Favorite Av: Current... I'd say Ryan O'Byrne, then a tie between Ryan O'Reilly and Gabriel Landeskog. All time fave Avs though are the Holy Trinity: Foppa, Sakic and Roy.
Favorite Ex-Av: It was Blake until he destroyed Mueller's noggin. Right now, I'd have to go with Liles. Just a classy, awesome guy.
Favorite non-Av: Hmm.... probably Carey Price. He cracks me up.
Next or other favorite team: Boston Bruins (they've been my East team since we got Bourque).
How else is hockey in your life?: Play when I can. Life's been a bit crazy this year though so I haven't been able to play much at all. My kid is hopefully going to start mini-mites in the fall.
Favorite Av moment: The announcement that Denver would have an NHL team; Game 4, Stanley Cup Finals, 1996; 2001 Cup win; seeing Sakic give Bourque the Cup.
Least Favorite Avs Moment: Statue of Liberty, the aftermath of the lockout, Sakic retiring, 2010-2011 season (which I'm not so angry about now that we have Landeskog).
How and when did you become an Av fan?: I was a Denver Grizzlies fan first. The rumors started going that Denver would get an NHL team but I didn't really take it seriously. Grizzlies won the Turner Cup and I was so ecstatic. Then wham, we got the Nordiques. I became an Avs fan the day they became the Avalanche in 1995. Then we lost the Grizzlies, so I wasn't too happy about that, but I'll take the Avs any day.

That looks good. I'm hungry now, do you think they will deliver to eastern Canada?

 knowing our CEO any way to make money and get the name out.

Plans are on the table for a few more Eastern/Western states and I'm pushing for Toronto for the demographic.

Our GW one broke all of the records set by DT Chicago. Roti is literally EXPLODING in DC. Penn Station is our next target but there's a team of real-estate guys just scouring the area.

And Train Stations/near transit is our niche.
