Dansk won't be old enough for the AHL ... so, as mentioned directly above, Forsberg may be the option here.

As a drafted European I'm not sure that rule applies. Does this change because he came over and played in the CHL? European drafted players don't need to be 20 to play in the AHL but I'm not 100% certain how it works under the current situation.

Dansk was playing for Brynäs in Sweden when drafted, so he could play in the AHL. Not that he is ready.

When Erie's season over, he technically could be assigned to Springfield as well.

Once he plays for a CHL team, he falls under their blanket rule.

There was some confusion on this when John Carlson was playing in the AHL at only 18 a few years ago. Even though he was property of a CHL team, since he had never stepped onto the ice for them, he was eligible to play in the AHL.

Prospect Boone Jenner was voted “hardest-working player†and “best faceoff player†in the Ontario Hockey League for the second straight season, based on voting by league coaches. He was voted second-best body checker, too.

He has 44 goals, 37 assists and a plus-23 rating in 55 games with Oshawa. The Blue Jackets could recall him when Oshawa is eliminated from the OHL playoffs.

Wow... around 1.5 points a game??? Gotta get this guy into the lineup ASAP to see what he's all about...

I'd have Forsberg above Korpisalo at least.

were you just looking at the chart he posted? or did you see what he said about it?

I back what Jas says...he works hard to get his information and share it...if you're on twitter and don't follow him, you're doing it wrong...

Its early and coffee hasn't kicked in but I'm not sure I get your comment?

Never mind, coffee is working. The list is Hockey News' and the article author suggests Forsberg is ready for the A. Coffee- a great thing!

Dansk 25/29 in a ot win. McDavid had 4 assists..

Though its looking like the top offensive guys in this years draft will be long gone, there is still time for the Jackets to develop a 2014 plan to get McDavid. :sarcasm:

Curcuruto's totals 67gp 9g 38a 47p +36.. not bad for a 7th rounder. 2 assist on final night.

Anderson had 2 assists, too. Totals 68gp 49p, 22g. Almost doubling last year's goals and more than doubling last year's points.

Really like that Anderson pick. Curcuruto will tell with time, but I think the potential is there for Josh Anderson to be a third line right wing in the NHL.

Thanks for the updates! Maybe we'll see the Knights at the Memorial Cup in Saskatoon this year!
