Whoever gets a chance at Tomasino or Parssinen on waivers, you better go for them. They are the next Tolvanen and Fabbro and they are probably coming soon to a waiver wire near you. It'll be the same story all over again. Because they are good young NHL players too.
Yeah, moving Pärssinen to wing reminds me of how reluctant the Preds were to put Tolvanen back on the RW instead of LW and how immediately he was given a chance to learn whilst producing after he was claimed.

+11 in 8 games now with us. holy schnikes.

had +4 today, 5 hits.

now up to 5 points in 8 games with us

was on the ice for 15 shots for and only 3 against at even strength. unreal.

dean and don have to be in awe right now of how he was put on waivers.
One of the stupidest moves Nashville has ever made and the sad thing is we all knew it at the time too unlike someone like Peverley who broke out afterwards.

Trotz is a CLOWN.

Literally any team in the League could have sent him a 4th for Fabbro. He just throws him away for nothing.

Good for CBJ though.

funny another gm didn't offer a late pick for him.
Was he even offered on the Market? He showed up on Waivers as a complete surprise.

Beyond words the Habs didn't pick up this guy. They've got Savard who's washed up, Barron who plays way worse and are having to play Guhle on his weak side because of it.

Reinbacher is likely two seasons away from a top 4 spot, Mailloux doesnt have the defensive acumen yet and may never will.

He's been just what the doctor ordered for Werenski.

He really might only be good with all star defenders. If that's hit niche though so be it. He's been awesome.

Why put some GM’s on a pedestal like what they are doing is complicated?

I'm willing to bet there's a lot more that goes into it that the average online fan can imagine. Just because people here like to play fantasy GM doesn't mean they'd be able to do it in real life.

That being said, yeah some decisions are hard to figure out. Not sure why Nashville has now let two solid players go for nothing the past couple of years.

You had a GM who forgot the deadline to qualify his RFA’s
You had a GM who offer sheeted a player and the team could have claimed him off waivers and got the compensatory picks he screwed up the rule so bad

There is a history of absolute idiot GM’s that have no clue what the hell they are doing

A good leader or GM will have someone in the room playing Devils advocate.

Too many people in management, in hockey and overall, just kiss ass and don't really contribute.
