Most GM's aren't very good
I'm sure you'd do a better job right? Good one.
Most GM's aren't very good
Not just me , you too , I mean just my team for example , Gainey and Bergevin You must not think of yourself highly if you don't think you could have done better than these guysI'm sure you'd do a better job right? Good one.
Yeah, moving Pärssinen to wing reminds me of how reluctant the Preds were to put Tolvanen back on the RW instead of LW and how immediately he was given a chance to learn whilst producing after he was claimed.Whoever gets a chance at Tomasino or Parssinen on waivers, you better go for them. They are the next Tolvanen and Fabbro and they are probably coming soon to a waiver wire near you. It'll be the same story all over again. Because they are good young NHL players too.

One of the stupidest moves Nashville has ever made and the sad thing is we all knew it at the time too unlike someone like Peverley who broke out afterwards.+11 in 8 games now with us. holy schnikes.
had +4 today, 5 hits.
now up to 5 points in 8 games with us
was on the ice for 15 shots for and only 3 against at even strength. unreal.
dean and don have to be in awe right now of how he was put on waivers.
Trotz is a CLOWN.+11 in 8 games now with us. holy schnikes.

Was he even offered on the Market? He showed up on Waivers as a complete surprise.funny another gm didn't offer a late pick for him.
Could end up the worst move in franchise history.Trotz should just be fired for this alone tbh
A +14 in 9 games on Columbus is nasty stuff points aside.Could end up the worst move in franchise history.
FWIW Columbus has looked pretty good this season (especially with KJ in the lineup)A +14 in 9 games on Columbus is nasty stuff points aside.
torz doesnt know about gm he is a coachTrotz destroying the legacy he built in Nashville as a GM is funny

Obviously, they have a defenseman who's +14.They're 11-9-3, only two points out of a playoff spot with two games in hand. Not doing too bad.
This is the understatement of the year so far.Honestly a good pick up for Columbus.
I'm glad to hear something good is happening to Columbus. This is the understatement of the year so far.
Since the trade he has a line of 9-3-3-6 (+14) and the Jackets a 6-2-1.
WTF is Nashville doing and why hasn't anyone been fired yet?
Why put some GM’s on a pedestal like what they are doing is complicated?
I'm willing to bet there's a lot more that goes into it that the average online fan can imagine. Just because people here like to play fantasy GM doesn't mean they'd be able to do it in real life.
That being said, yeah some decisions are hard to figure out. Not sure why Nashville has now let two solid players go for nothing the past couple of years.
A good leader or GM will have someone in the room playing Devils advocate. You had a GM who forgot the deadline to qualify his RFA’s
You had a GM who offer sheeted a player and the team could have claimed him off waivers and got the compensatory picks he screwed up the rule so bad
There is a history of absolute idiot GM’s that have no clue what the hell they are doing
