I remember thinking the Tyler Toffoli trade was a little bit underwhelming at the time but Emil Heineman is starting to tip the scale in our favor.

He’s got some solid potential and I can see him crack the top 6.

His shot is deserving of more PP time.

I doubt top 6 but third line with Beck seems attainable.

He’s now sitting 10th for points amongst rookies. He’s surrounded by some very interesting names but they all got more ice time.

All this with 26 NHL games experience. He’s starting to feel comfortable out there and should be given more responsibilities. Put the jetpack on him and let’s see how high he can go.

You can trade any on that 4th line and bring some sand paper and size.

I know, they did very well on that trade. Still wish we had a bit more but not every trade can be a home-run. Will have to see what happens with Mesar.

Heineman and Beck are going to be a beautiful combo, grit and skill. Put Tuch in there and that is a deadly 3rd line. Until then put Heineman in the top 6 and let him throw his weight around.
