I think what's interesting is the shift in a desire for pure skill over physical presence in the NHL the past few years. Look at the heights on those top 20. Only 3-4 of them above 6'1". I'm sure a few guys will add an inch here or there but lots of the top rated guys are still a couple inches shy of 6 foot.

Ignore TSN's measurements and stats. They have Carlsson for example as 6'1 172 when he's 6'3 194, and has Bedard's PIM as his +/-.

In total 5 of the top 16 are over 6'1, with 2 of the HMs above it too. 4(+ an HM) are at least 6'1.

I'm a UND fan. Brent Johnson looked like a different player in tonight's season opener. Very slick, I think he's going to have a good year.
Thanks for the update! What pairing is he playing on and is he going to see a lot of PP/PK time?
