Prospect Info: Caps Top Prospects General Discussion Thread Vol. 2 - 2021-22

I figured but it is actually open to the public. Usually we get one or two people here who share their thoughts but not much action this year i guess

I think people are still indoors as of right now. While more and more are going out, it's usually reserved for big events or familiar get togethers. Not so much to training practices lol.

No, it was open.

The only reports I've seen spoke well of Iorio, Krebs, Shepard and Clark along with the big three forwards.

The big three forwards are: CMcMike, Hendy Lap, and who else? My man Bear Hughes, right?

Wouldn't think much about Protass with yesterday game. I guess he needs some time to switch from KHL center to NHL left wing, and I guess he will play as center for Hershey this whole season anyway

Hoping he gets a game at center this preseason.

Silver lining if this is the year that the Capitals miss out on making the playoffs.
Early indications of a strong top 20 at least should they be a bubble team and one-and-done at best. A much stronger 11-20 group than last year with the potential for being significantly so should more players push into it.

The reason why, if at the TDL (late March) we are out of it, move some folks though not confident the folks that I would like to see moved would generate a first round return.

a first round pick at the TDL would be ideal if we moved some guys but in the 2nd/3rd there are quite a few guys i could like + players always fall

AIK’s forward Oskar Magnusson came to the club before this season and has scored 2 + 3 points. He is now ready for the four-nation tournament with the Junior Crowns in Ängelholm, where they will meet Russia, the Czech Republic and Finland. The games will be played November 12-14.
