As someone who’s named Anthony and hates if anyone calls me Tony, I saw this coming a mile away.

Tonys that can be trusted: Hawk, Hale, Gwynn, Stark

Maybe Kakko Rising gives Laf some peer pressure?

Not one of Miller's better games, but no major blunders and saved a goal on Ovi point blank chance.

Panarin is really something special, which is obvious... but I'm talking about his shifts at the end of the game, he goes out there and forechecks/backchecks his ass off in a pure effort to win this game and close it out. Real hard nosed play. Not a lot of superstars put forth that same effort in the regular season, let alone the early parts of it.
He grew up incredibly poor. I think it instilled genuine work ethic in him that shows up in every shift. He takes a lot of pride in every facet of his game. It's just a privilege to watch such a complete player like this, night after night.

Lindgren is a beautiful combination of tough, Skilled, Good skater, Good chemistry with your best dman, and really gives a shit/doesn't take shit. Does so much with the size and talent he's been given
Every time he makes a pass, he needs to get his stick up. I have a feeling Wilson has got his eye on him. If Tommy Boy wants to take a run at him, let him run through the stick first. I'm not one to root for bad things but of someone two handed Wilson on the ankle I have a feeling players all over the league would chip in to cover the fine. That punk is lucky he's the last dinosaur on earth. If he played in the 90s he damn sure ain't the TRex he acts like now.

Team is starting to come together finally. Panarin looking more and more like himself each game, Strome starting to look competent again, Kakko is on the verge, Shesty and Kreider are also looking a lot more like themselves. Fox and Miller are studs.

Zbad is the only one that doesn't look like his old self yet, but you can see that he's slowly getting back to it. Once Chytil gets back, watch out. This time is on the rise.

Still funny people just wanna hate on Strome. He's not the typical 2nd c but hes a really good stop gap. Thought he has come along well the last couple games.
He plays with a magician but you're right. Right now you take their chemistry and run with it. He's probably gonna put up .75ppg this year and not getting much pp1 time (hopefully)

I can stomach Strome when he’s not taking bad offensive zone penalties and thus far he’s been much better in that regard. Hell never back check. He’ll never play defense. But if he can limit the penalties I can take it. Horrible turnover cost us a goal but he is what he is. We need him right now because Mika looks just miserable. Worst I’ve ever seen him play. How many goals have been scored off of clean Mika defensive zone face off losses. Yuck

This is the first game in long time where I was completely confident in the Rangers defensive structure. They have been doing a much better of job of limiting shots and tonight they pretty much shut down a top offensive team. Defensemen all played well and the forwards were picking up their checks and playing a full sheet game. There is something very good happening here. A tip of the hat to Jacques Martin for some excellent work that is starting to pay off.

so keep the KZB line
Panarin-Strome-Kakko
Lafreniere-should be Rooney/Blackwell- PDG
Lemieux-Howden-Gauthier.
Unfortunately, when Blackwell is back Gauthier probably sits.

It really is/was a complete 180. I'll take it. Add Shesty into the mix and its a good combo to win games.

Riding our top4 right now, understandably so. Imagine we didn't have Miller.

Likewise, as you mentioned, this is the first time in a long time I like our top4.
