How many big hits did Petey throw tonight? He's got a chip on his shoulder. Kuz easily could have had a hattrick.

We easily could have lost this game.

They also have started an actual rebuild. The down side they have right now is all their moveable pieces look like garbage these days.

I am interested to see if they are able to get more value than the Canucks as trade deadline approaches.
I mean they have been sputtering for a long while ever since the Toews and Kane extension kicked in

ohhh Man how time flies

The days of Patrick Kane getting blackout drunk after a Chicago win in Vancouver and stumbling around Yaletown with no shirt on till 6am seems like yesterday

Man. After that performance, Aqua must be wanting to ramp up the season ticket drive.

How could you not want to drop thousands on this team?

I feel Tocchet is going to push hard on management to re-sign Horvat, 24 minutes tonight.

Them or the Ducks. Jackets are bad, but have also had shit luck with injuries and play in a tougher conference
Yeah I know the Blue Jackets are probably a bad team anyway but I attribute their place in the standings to their injuries. They'd be bad if they were healthy, but not lottery bad.

The way the Blackhawks played, the whole team looked like they did this yesterday.

Boeser had almost 4 min TOI more than Kuzmenko. Substract PP and it's almost 7 min more. WTF?
It was because of matchups. Tocchet used Horvat in a stronger matchup role while Petey (and Kuz) played Chicago’s weaker line
