Geekie puts the Ice up on the PP 5-4 and then Savoie does another inside move to get his second of the night and make it 6-4.

I wish I could grow facial hair when I was 18.
Hopefully he's getting back to formVery true, Savoie looks like a grizzled vet already.
I'd very much bet on Savoie being a winger in the NHL. Ideally with Tage.Do you expect Savoie to play RW on the Sabres roster? Looks safe to say Cozens has taken the 2C position.
I've been sold on the idea of him playing LW.Do you expect Savoie to play RW on the Sabres roster? Looks safe to say Cozens has taken the 2C position.
Why? There seem to be small centers in the NHL, some of them are good. Maybe Savoie will be a winger, but who knows, we'll see.Savoie was never gonna be a center in the NHL and anyone who believed that was fooling themselves.

Are they doing Might Ducks like moves with Tage slingshotting Savoie thru his legs to spring him on breakaways?I'd very much bet on Savoie being a winger in the NHL. Ideally with Tage.
They’re not gonna draft a kid in the top 10 and tell him they don’t believe in him to play his natural position at the next level.I believe the team has been referring to him as a center, so I’ll believe it until I see otherwise.
This is, after all, the team that has Thompson and Cozens flourishing as its top 2 centers. And those two players were near-consensus wingers

You're right it is too early, but im getting my take off nowI think it's WAY, WAY too early in his (or anyone's, really) career to make grandiose absolute statements like this.
Let's see what happens.
Maybe our future center spine is Tage/Cozens/Savoie. Crazier things have happened.
What is the reason? Did any of the good prospects not get invited too?Disappointing that Savoie wasn't invited to the Canadian Camp.
What is the reason? Did any of the strong prospects get invited too?
Well, I mean mostly top 10-15 guys in the previous two drafts. I remember like a year ago they didn't invite Clarke for unknown reasons. Although he is a stud. I don't know what their selection criteria are.I'm not sure who you consider strong or not. Shane Wright didn't get an invite, so that's a pretty clear indication that Seattle is going to be stupid.
But I guess most of the list makes sense? Maybe?
I would be worried he won't be on the Nats at the U20's.
