How is he looking? I'm tempted to go watch him but Djurgården is my most hated team (except for the one I refuse to even consider a team).

I only watched a few minutes and what I think was his line had a nice shift moving the puck in the MoDo zone. There is no space out there as one could expect of a finals series.

Also who is that other team? Bjorkloven?

Vejdemo picked up some time with Klassen and Nilsson but that's the 2nd PP unit. And now Vejdemo picks up a penalty so I suppose I won't see Ostlund during this break either.

Drops to block a shot, puck pingpongs off the post and right to a driving winger to make it 1-0 MoDo. Our lad gets a -1. That MoDo had hit someone and probably deserved a penalty in the offensive zone right before has the home fans losing their minds.

Sounds like he's used to NHL officiating

Ohgren scores to put them back up 2-0.

Not thrilled that Ostlund has lost his spot on the second line, but here we are.

Ohgren's second of the game, DIF 3-1. I don't think Ostlund gets a plus, he was going for a change when his line rushed up the ice and Ohgren got sprung for a short breakaway.

Yep, on the replay, he's hopped off just before the puck goes in.

Really nice shift in his own zone where he's supporting the LD and just works the puck carrier on the wall and then moves to defend his net. He got four touches in the sequence, the last being a lateral breakout to the far RW wall to gain the zone that was never in jeopardy of intercept - it was not a gamble. I appreciate how deep he comes back in his own zone, that's just backed into him.

Seems like Ohgren and Lekkerimaki both lapped him in the qualification rounds, going 7th and 5th overall in post-season scoring. How he lost ice time late in the final series was not encouraging.

With our recent developmental track record in Rochester, I would prefer him over here than back in Sweden.
The Amerks have a young roster already, at least feels like it compared to former years. Let's say Savoie is ready and Kulich, Rosen, Kisakov and Kozak all stay in the AHL or at least start there, then add Nadeau probably?! Is there anyone else who should you the team?
