That was a great game. 3 assists but was lethal all night. Could have had about 7. Hes on a different level and something happens every shift

For reference: the bears are the best university team in the country (and a tier above most). They challenge and beat some very good NCAA teams and could probaly be a topish NCAA team.

I did a bit of a search and couldn't find anything on Malkin or Ovechkin. They might not have had that prospect ranking system back then

Bust. Only 3 points against the best CIS team in Canada. If he was truly generational he would have gotten 10 goals and 10 assists and cured cancer inbetween periods.

It was scary watching his speed on that backcheck. I watched a lot of hockey last year and did not see a player in the NHL who can skate like that.

The more I watch it, the more I realize how impossible that is. Mcdavid starts behind him on opposite side of ice and GB has full head of steam when he gets the puck

If someone is a physics major, they should calculate how fast mcdavid is going

After watching the golden bears game i have to agree. draisatle is able to get the puck to macd in the right spots at the right time, while the rest of the rookies were having a hard time getting the puck to him. I might get roasted for this but macd might be better on the wing with leon at c, we can all agree that macd does his best work rushing up the wing.

Would most definitely not be a top NCAA team. For reference: NCAA teams will play all of their healthy scratches against meaningless games vs CIS teams

The Bears have played against Yale and Dartmouth in exhibition. They beat both quite handily.
