he's a black hole... his recovery is ridiculous.. Players think they are by him then all of a sudden they get swallowed up.

Trading up to get Miller at 22 and grabbing Lundkvist at 28. Thank you Rangers management!

What’s funny is all the Twitter eggs whining about both “wasting assets” to pick Miller and then taking an undersized defenseman who was a projected 2nd or 3rd rounder (some claimed this) in Lundkvist.

Meanwhile these two are easily our two best draft pick prospects outside of Kakko and Lafreniere.

I want Chytil and Kakko back soon. And Panarin, but more the former. Want to see them rev it up now that everyone including Laf seems to be heating up.

I loved the Miller pick. I had no idea who Lundkvist was as I don't follow too much overseas hockey but he has been on FIRE this year as well. I can't wait for him to come over.

Cheers :cheers:and LGR!

Gotta get Lafreniere more ice time. He looked really good tonight and the charts also look good for him.

I'll be honest, he looked gassed towards the end of the game. That 2 on 1 play with Goat, after he shot the rebound he just kinda stood around and watched the puck for like 10 seconds. His next few shifts, including the PP he just wasn't skating. He looked like pre-Trotz Ovie, just watching the play.

He was also getting targeted all game by Frederic, might of been for the best to play him less towards the end in that type of game.

Also, I've been a fan of Ryan Lindgren since I used to watch him on Minnesota when I was checking in on Tyler Nanne.

He is quickly becoming one of my favorite Rangers in recent memory. I love everything about his game. He's a f***ing animal and I love it. He takes a beating every night and comes back for more. And he can really dish it out for a dude who isn't that big.

He's gone from being a guy I figured would have a nice 3-4 year run here before being forced out by better players to a guy who I really think can be part of the core.

He's like PJ Stock and Petr Prucha's illegitimate lovechild.

I’m a grown man. I’ve never been the type that was comfortable wearing the jersey of a pro athlete.

My wife was passing by the TV tonight right when Joe was saying that it’s not really a game unless Lindgren is bleeding. I then explained to her how that guy leaves everything he has on the ice every game, and that if I ever were to get a jersey moving forward, it’d be his name on the back.

TLDR: I’m getting a Lindgren sweater for my birthday this year.
I was thinking about this myself

For the things you mentioned and also because I jinx guys and I don't want the pressure of having to have him score goals

Yeah I noticed that too, and with the high chances of chippiness, I agree it was right to shelter him.

Just finishing 2nd period here, and loving it! I told you guys this game would be rough AND was looking for a similar result as prior Islanders game. We are taking it TO THEM thus far, and really could be a helluva lot BIGGER lead than it is.

P.S. I hope this doesnt jinx my prediction. But, I somehow dont think so. We GOT THIS.

BTW, Stromer is playing a helluva game.
