That’s why I had the response I had, on the ice you’re either an asshole or you’re not. He’s definitely an asshole and we could use more of that.

Now with that said, we must teach him to be an asshole in more constructive ways. Because this was just dumb. He can be much smarter about it. Encouraging to see the mean streak nonetheless, but no need to set your team back with a headbutt. Particularly when you know the league already has an eye on you.

He's also a big kid in his D+2 year, will be interesting in the AHL when he's surrounding by players his size when he's on the younger end. They could really use someone like him down the line with this kind of toughness/size/edge.
