In all fairness, this wasn't on the Bruins and the writing was on the wall. His game declined and he knew that it was nearing the end after he was put on waivers and not claimed while putting up bad numbers playing with Bergeron and Marchand.

Love this deal, Hathaway is a physical, dirty, big man who hits everything. Excellent pick up. Orlov becomes a true number 3 who you can pair with Mac and now a left side of Orlov, Lindholm and Forbort with currently Grizz and Zboril as depth. Giving the devil his due, excellent trade by Sweeney.
