They need to call up one of their AHL giants for the next Bruins game. Cant let them run all over like theyve been doing. Wish Cuylle was ready for action.

I can't stand Lou L , I think he is an old fool but even an old fool like Lou has enough sense not to say "Ho-sang has played his last game as an islander"
Now we have clueless Gorton come out on national TV during a press conference and say an unbelievable stupid thing like "Deangelo has played his last game as a Ranger" which effectively lost him
all leverage in a trade, now Deangelo sits as a lost asset you can not get full value for in a trade.
Would Lou ever say something so dumb ?
then the mismanagement of a super valuable 7th round pick that you lost for absolutely nothing.
the hiring of an incompetent coach who can not get his team ready to play, and can not make any in game adjustments to what the other team is throwing at him.
what is JD doing about any of this ? you dont hear anything from him.
this rebuild has hit a brick wall

I wouldnt say that. Theyve been taking liberties with our young players every game with no real response. The Rangers matched their physicality in that win but Im talking about the between whistles and behind the play stuff.

We're a team of bad finishing.
Our one bright spot in finishing, Mika, has become a Pumpkin. It 'seems unlucky' but its just our '1C/best finisher' really... REALLY struggling.
Laf could use some puck luck as well..

We went from 9th in even strength scoring to 26th. That's unlucky even accounting for legitimate problems.

That's Panarin. He was tearing up even strength last season
and back to Mika again... he's been producing like a 4th line/tweener... yet with ALL of the prime minutes. He has been that bad.
ZERO ES goals.
2 ES Assists ( 1 assist on an empty netter) .
Thats our 1C production in 19 games @ 20minutes a game ...

Panarin is tearing it up at even strength this season.
I do think our offense as been underwhelming, though. Defense has been legitimately good.

yeah, I guess Panarin is not that far behind from his pace of last year.
Mika has just been that bad.

Statistically Panarin might not be far behind, but visually he hasn't seemingly been dominating like last year when he had command of the puck on his stick.

Yup...obvious hook in the Ranger crease at the end of the 2nd period and the Blackwell penalty for scoring ??? when McKegg should have got at least 4 minutes for swinging the stick...the intent was there . I could not believe they missed the major league hook on the Ranger defender in the 2nd on a scoring chance against us ..it was pretty blatant and hindered the mobility of our Dman .

Honestly i never felt Boston was going over “the line”. I love the way they play. I’m sure our guys are sore after playing them but there was nothing dangerous, that I saw, at least.

Honestly the Ritchie head sit was accidental. Still, he deserved to answer the call for other stuff prior.

Yep. He played like a jerk and deserved his dance. But that’s all good. Nothing unforgivable and we’d probably be glad to have our guys play with the same attitude.

He needed to answer it a lot sooner than when he did as well....it's just too bad that we don't have a guy that can actually whip somebody . Wait until Frederich grows into his frame...he'll make Ritchie look silly and Lemieux too unless he gets the jump on him again likely won't never ever do that good against him in a repeat if he tries . We have to get tougher ....it's that simple .

Bergeron laying on the lumber killing penalty behind the Bruin net....that is when the guy being cross checked should have reached around and poked him a shorty right on the beak.....he would not have got the only penalty for sure . Grrr...frustrating watching that crap and us turning a cheek on it . That's not what you want young guys watching ...sets an example .....a bad one at that . Too many times we have watched Bergeron get in his cheap shots at the Rangers .....I would like to see somebody give it to him.....best time ever was when Lias reverse hit him.....then the Bruins chased Lias all around the ice the rest of the game ......and then when Bergeron reverse hit Zibs and concussed him ...nothing happened from us ...typical NY Rangeritis .
