17 Is being retired for Bates next season so that won't work here either...

I'm pretty sure the reasoning behind #71 was that he likes (or at least liked) Malkin. He said that was going to change quickly when we drafted him.

24 was always de Haan's number. He actually had 24 with the Isles before he debuted, but when the Isles got Steve Staios, he was forced to trade numbers with him.

I'm gonna go see these BPT - Marlies games, finally get to watch BPT play live. Curious what kind of lineup they'll have for the playoffs.

Marlies are incredible. I've seen them live a bunch of times, I think they could give some NHL teams a challenge (well, I suppose they did since the Leafs last 20 games was basically the entire Marlies roster)!
