Don't know who this pulock guy is but ouch. Sounds painful.
Luckily he's not NHL ready, that shot couldn't have been too hard.

Mike Halmo just took a Pulock slapshot to the face. Immediately left the ice.

Bridgeport with the win in OT last night. Two OT wins in a row. Quine is back and Mayfield had an excellent game-- seven shots (!) and strong defensive play.
“Any time you get a player like Scotty Mayfield in your lineup — you saw how he controlled the defensive zone,†Thompson said. “He made the simple puck play when he had to make the simple puck play.â€

So you're sayin' theres a chance he replaces Strait?
Whatever happened to Ross Johnston? I see he hasn't played in ages. Hurt? Demoted to ECHL? Scratched?
Hurt. Starting to come back though.
Pulock hurt, out for ASG, Quine replaces him. Shame I wanted to see his hardest shot numbers.
How did Pulock get hurt? Is it something serious?
Blocking a shot. And his status is "uncertain" Just like what we're used to.
So he's out for the rest of the season.

How has Johnston looked? What about Halmo? I still have hope that Halmo could be a respectable 4th line NHLer. If he could handle it, and I thought he did not look out of place when he last played in the NHL, that could free us up from having to resign Martin. Before anyone crucifies me, I like Martin and I would like to see us resign him, but replacing guys like that could help us keep our budget in line. Just a thought anyway...
He's been excellent. Gibson was playing very well and Berube hasn't given him a chance to get back in the lineup. His conditioning stint is over now though.Halmo with a Hatty against Albany tonight.
Berube playing well? 4 goals against in 4 starts.
