Dufour getting forth line minutes isn’t great
Dufour scratched tonight. Arnaud Durandeau returns from injury.

Same thing here. This one is a heavy game, but haven’t seen any sustained pressure at 5v5 by the Isles. Not a game where Ishkakov can show his skills. Maggio hasn’t had a SOG thru nearly 2 periods. Nobody stands out for us.Sounds like they're doing just as well as the NHL club.
In Bridgeport? All this time I thought that the Asslines were playing at UBS.Sam Asselin is one of the Isles best players tonight.
He stood out last year when they played the P-Bruins in the playoffs.Sam Asselin is one of the Isles best players tonight.
He was playing FOR Providence. And that was 2 seasons ago. Bridgeport missed the playoffs last year.He stood out last year when they played the P-Bruins in the playoffs.
Probably the same reason Engvall was scratched - clueless coachesAny info on why Dufour was scratched aside from he is probably not playing great? Things just keep getting better and better with this organization.
Thanks in advance
4 goals in 11 games on the next to worst offense in the AHL.
Baby Isles win 2-1 in OT.
Ishakov with both goals. Here’s the game winner. One can’t help but think he’ll get a call up soon if things don’t turn around on the Island.
I agree, but seeing Rusty just put his head down and skate as hard as possible in a straight line towards the net AND finish off the game with a nice tuck was just awesome sheer willpower.4 goals in 11 games on the next to worst offense in the AHL.
Call him up as part of a shakeup, but don't be surprised if he doesn't amount to much here. The NHL is a big boys league.
I hear you. Again, I'm not against someone being called up on merit to rattle some cages in the UBS locker room. I just don't see much coming out of Ishkakov in the NHL.I agree, but seeing Rusty just put his head down and skate as hard as possible in a straight line towards the net AND finish off the game with a nice tuck was just awesome sheer willpower.
Haven’t seen…I don’t know…Casey Cizikas skate that hard in years…
B-Isles are just loaded with forward depth…you’re not going to get playing time if you’re not performing.I hear you. Again, I'm not against someone being called up on merit to rattle some cages in the UBS locker room. I just don't see much coming out of Ishkakov in the NHL.
William Dufour was scratched again yesterday. Poor play or injured? Getting info about the AHL Isles is even tougher than the parent club.
Depth but not talent.B-Isles are just loaded with forward depth…you’re not going to get playing time if you’re not performing.
At least there is consistency throughout the whole organizationDepth but not talent.
True dat.At least their is consistency throughout the whole organization
Can't argue with your comment for sure.Probably the same reason Engvall was scratched - clueless coaches
It feels weird saying this but I hope it’s due to a minor injury rather than attitude/poor play.I hear you. Again, I'm not against someone being called up on merit to rattle some cages in the UBS locker room. I just don't see much coming out of Ishkakov in the NHL.
