Keefe is Dubas’ boy, for the life of me I can’t see Treliving trusting or keeping him. It wasn’t even a normal GM/coach relationship, those two were joined at the hip. Treliving is saying all the right things, but when the dust settles Keefe is gone imo.

It may have been the price to pay to get Calgary's permission to talk to Treliving. At one point they were refusing permission.
