And they’re petty enough to demand the firing of longtime NCAA D1 Saint Louis Billikens basketball announcer Bob Ramsey. They’re by far the most bitch made, sissified fanbase I’ve ever come across.

You know what tells me this is disingenuous peacocking? This…

Anyone that has the vapors honestly over a call for blood isn’t rallying behind Kadri

Yikes, yeah that's over the top on Ramsey's part. When you're highly visible and well known you really have to watch what you say, especially when you're a public face representing a large organization.

The sanctimonious response is pathetic though. "Oh....my....godses. Did you see what that irate sports fan said? Let's find out where he's employed and try to get him fired. Then we can tell the pink haired dragons at Starbucks that we totally struck a blow against racisms while we sip non binary soy lattes."

Side note: I think the lack of oxygen may play a part here.

It is interesting seeing Kadri through the eyes of Avs fans. They have completely wiped his cheap shot history from their memories.

He's now a hero-victim.

Interesting how people contort reality to fit a narrative.

Yeah we all do it tbh, some of us do a better job than others at being objective.

I'll give you an example. I satirically posted about a saboteur taking Binner out but blamed the boards for Girard. I was poking fun at fandom in general and I think most people get that. Only the professionally outraged take issue with something like that. Same with officiating, we tend to only acknowledge the missed calls where the Blues would be on the PP, if it was the other team, 'Pfft...he'll live. Anyway......".

Speaking strictly hockey related to the whole situation. I just wish we could have seen the version of the Blues we got after the hand pass goal in 2019, instead we saw a Blues team unraveled, and really started seeing it in game 3 when our gameplay shifted following the injury.

I hope that sort of Blues team with the ability to mentally overcome the situation shows up tomorrow. Bowing out 4-1 against the Avs would be a very marginal improvement.

I'm really proud of our boys, I expected them to get wrecked but they showed some serious moxie under adverse conditions. Sure we would have liked better play at times but the Avs are exposed as mortals and will run right into the bigger fish later on. The best part..it will probably be the SCF.

I like how the players are given equal weight. How many times has Binnington been suspended? How many times has he injured another player? Has Kadri ever even made it through a playoffs without injuring someone?

why does he get the benefit of any doubt? Dude has a history of running goalies. He’s been suspended for it. All these media stories just gloss over the part where he’s repeatedly hurting our players and has a long history of hurting players.

Lets just paint him as a big hero getting revenge. Revenge for ****ing what? Hurting our goalie? An egregious flying elbow to the head of Faulk last year that started all of this? He thrived off the boos huh? Why are people booing I wonder? Why would they boo this guy? A grand mystery. Good thing he was able to get revenge for those completely mysterious boos.

Fully ready for Avs fans to pretend they were easily getting past us even with Binner in net, though we all know they'd met their match before they ran him. Also ready for Kadri's rep to change back to what it actually is when he makes a dumb play in a key moment. May not happen this postseason, but it'll happen.

The pressure to get over the second round hump is still on the p***yes. Start Charlie and make ‘em sweat. Seriously, I don’t think I’ve ever come across a more softer group of sports fans like I have with Colorado. They were no where to be found at Pepsi before the Avs became good again.

If they play the Oilers and he takes out Golden Boy McDavid ? He wouldn’t make it out of Edmonton alive.

Adversity builds character.

Avs are doing that through FANS that are attacking Kadri directly. Say what you want about Perron and Butch but you attack your "enemies" on the ice with checking and grinding and fighting and that's what we've done.

They attack Chief because he said No Comment and claim it's racist. Chief is Native American, not white. According to that media, only white people can be racist. Chief didn't condone it and the media failed to realize that it's not the attacks that didn't bother Chief, it was that it was on Kadri who took out our Cup-Winning Goalie. "No Comment" doesn't mean you condone ANYTHING and if you HAVE to say something is wrong, you got a problem.

Kadri is the hero of the moment and that's OK. He's scum but he doesn't deserve to get personally attacked off the ice. Anyone who has followed Kadri all his career might even say that he 'made his bed' with the manner of play he conducts and now he sleeps in it.

I don't condone it. I'd be his enemy on the ice and have a beer with him after. There's a time and place for everything and calling out Kadri because he's a Muslim is beyond wrong. Calling him out for being scum, however, is perfectly fine and fair. How many Playoffs has he been suspended for again? How many hits has he performed that have taken players out or injured him? Those who defend him need to step back and see WHO they are defending first. Saying people don't have a right to be angry because of Binny is ridiculous. You don't get to be the cause and them play the victim. Be a man. Stand up for what you did. If it was me, I'd have reached out to Binny, but that takes INTEGRITY and CHARACTER and I see NONE in play with him.

Saying people have the right to DM him directly and go off on him as they have been, now that is WRONG and even I have an issue with that.

All we can do IS WIN.

I believe in Chief
I believe in our crew
I believe in our cause
And if we fail, we have a Cup
That Avs team doesn't.

Win the War, FORGET the Battles, Boys

In the Blues, I am a Fan
In the Blues, I Believe
In the Blues, we won it all
And in the Blues, we will continue on

Long Live The Note

We are due for a 3-1 comeback. Hope coach is wise enough to start Chuckie.

Chief must know by now that Husso is not the answer and the team needs a change.
Chief, don't be like any other coach. The fact that you weren't is why we hoisted the Cup. Be different. Be you. See what's there and give the opportunity. This team will fight and die for Chucky. He doesn't need to be a good netminder, the team needs to believe and THEY believe in HIM.

Chucky brings the element to the locker room that Pat Maroon did and that voice we desperately need. The voice that reminds us who we are and what we're about. It holds us accountable and it also drives us to be better.

We don't have a Gloria this time around but we sure as hell got a Chucky. THEY BELIEVE IN HIM AND THEY WILL BELIEVE IN THEMSELVES BECAUSE OF IT.

Our solutions have come from Springfield.

Start the Sideburn.

Let the cards fall where they will. At least then we knew we did everything we could.

Chief, we're counting on you.

I refuse NOT to believe.

I bleed BLUE and to hell with anyone who doesn't.

Yep, they are a pretty arrogant fan base. I can't find one thing to respect about that Colorado team right now. Not a very likeable team, that's for sure.

This is right I think. We were always going to face adversity and this time we crumpled. That tells me we were never going to win this year.

I didn’t watch game 4 and probably not gonna watch game 5. This whole series with the racist messages, the Twitter trolls, and more have sucked out all the fun from hockey. Feels like I’m not even watching hockey in this series

Lmao at how Buchnevich is dragged into that. Perron acted kinda dumb but Buchnevich literally gave Kadri a little shove. There are worse things that happen than that in every hockey game ever played. Such a “vicious” play by Buch. God people are f***ing soft.
Yeah, Buch didn’t even headbutt Him.

Pretty sure it was a Colorado fan opinion piece, it certainly read that way. Those pearls are getting clutched so tight you'd think the author and several of the tweets from others he added in were from people who have never watched professional hockey before. Or possibly brain damage form the altitude.
