I’m not sure how much intent Kadri had there, but I don’t see how it matters. If you barrel into the crease and bowl over the goalie, that should be a penalty. It doesn’t matter if you didn’t mean to. I’m certain that if it had been Keumper ahead of him that the collision wouldn’t have happened.

I hope this turns into a ‘hand pass’ moment, where the team rallies around it and Colorado looks back on it as their high point. I am less certain the Blues can play the game they need to play to have the advantage in Binnington’s absence. We could sure use Husso’s best. Also the Avs are a lot better team than San Jose was (who were pretenders).

Tonight looks pretty much like a must win, where I’m sitting. I expect Colorado to get the favorable officiating in game 5. You can’t leave it needing 3 straight wins with 2 in Denver.

I don't think that Kadri had the intention of causing injury but I do believe that he didn't care if he did. The Avs have been running Binnington to try and throw him off his game because they along with most fans think Binny is a hothead that will lose is temper. So imo Kadri gave no shits what happened as long as he bowled over into Binnington but it's not like he intended to hurt him.

We are such losers on this subject, that we should just shut up about it. He played his cards right and won. We were pathetic at fixing the damage and getting the W.

If Kadri doesn’t take out Binnington in Game 3 we’re going back to Denver up 3-1 and you’ll never convince me otherwise. I think we can end the Husso experiment at this point because he’s clearly not a big game player. Run Binnington and Lindgren next season and let someone else overpay for a regular season goalie.
