Well, he started like shit when lined with ROR. Once he was properly utilized and scored like crazy, he was fine.

Not disagreeing geez Hull had 70+ goals and was -30 something. Hockey fans hated the floating but it filled the seats. Goals cure a lot of deficiencies.
Dvorski finally got back from the WJC. 2g, 1a tonight and game isnt over.

True. This kid is 18. Who is to say he can’t round out the rest of his game? Many of the kids being drafted including defenders are pretty uninterested on the defensive end. He has time to figure it out. Time to improve his tool kit. Kind of like Parekh. Will he? You’re a genius, if he does.

I am not saying that a prospect can’t or won’t figure that out. I was just playing devils advocate regarding Hull. Plenty of young guys focus on offense in junior, but learn to play defense as they develop.

Having a prospect drafted past the second round turn into a top 6 forward for the Blues would go a looong way towards revamping the core and getting the Blues back on the right track. Vorobyov seems to have exceeded expectations so far - he has the potential, but long ways to go yet. Looks like he’s signed through next year in the KHL, so he’d be 23 if he comes over after next year.

T-Birds trail Rochester 5-3 after two periods. Zherenko got pulled after giving up 2 goals on 16 shots in the 1st. Subban proceeded to give up 3 goals on 12 shots in the 2nd. Amerks outshooting T-Birds 28-16 so far.
Seems T-Birds now have goalie and defense issues...
He has been struggling lately but T-Birds scored two in the 1st to tie it, so maybe an injury?
I believe he gave up 5 goals in each of his last two starts, so something's up with him.
Anyone know what happened to Buchinger? He’s out 6-8 weeks after surgery for a tendon injury.
