Wow. I don't think I've ever seen Tarasenko that pissed before
good, they all should be as heated as 91 was. officiating tonight was biased and a clear difference maker.

i hope berube takes the fine tonight and publicly bashes them. its one of those nights where its justified and called for. it was almost like they were on a mission to extend the refguins winning streak tonight.

Whom would guess that Mikkola playing tough would set a fire under The Pens and they would take over the game and win going away? That's a tough game to lose, in The Pens' barn, and leading by 2 more than half way in, with Binnington playing spectacularly.
Tough loss to a bitchy and favored franchise

Miko didn't start anything. Crosby bitched to the refs and tilted the ice. Mr Wonderful strikes again.

it was the right call to challenge it

that was clear goalie interference, Binner was inside the blue and was extending out to stop the incoming puck and crosby knocked into him. and its even worse when you consider the call they made on mikkola a few minutes before

its a total ref fest clown show tonight and its no shocker to see the ref jose of the eastern conference reaping the benefits
That was exactly the kind a play for which they modified the GI standard years ago to permit a goal to be disallowed without penalizing the other team. The refs failure to wave off the Crosby goal for incidental contact (but let’s be honest, it was on purpose) cost the Blues two goals and the game.

i give you the fire ... but the last 2 powerplays they had were questionable to say the least .... sid takes liberties waiting for the refs to bail him out ... he got popped right in his nose then it turned

And we can bitch about the refs all night long but this team looked like shit once Jarry came in
yes they did but how much of that was because their momentum was consistently stopped by being forced to kill bullshit power plays? its hard to say what to make of this game because of what happened after we went up 3-1, felt like a light switch was flipped and the officials titled the ice.

when 91 is barking at the refs and tossed, you know they were shit.

I agree there was some f***ery with the refs, just saying we can’t put the ENTIRE blame on them.

Oh well, burn the tape, onto the next one
