Or make them pay for the whole thing like the Yankees managed to doOr at least force them to take Grichuk's contract or something.

Donaldson still has $50M owed over 2 years and a buyout after this season and also has a NTC, which I would expect has Toronto on it. I’d imagine an acquiring team could get him for nearly free if they take all the money or would have to pay a decent price to get Minnesota to eat some of it or take a bad contract back.
Could you imagine lmao
JansenJansen's defense has taken a bit of a step back this year, but it was 15th last year and 8th the year before. Reese in a SSS has been great and has a defensive rep, but I fail to see a gigantic difference going forward.

I think the starting pitching market at the TDL is more appealing to them. Thanks to us lolMaeda must be off somewhere. A bit surprised they would deal him. Is his contract not reasonable which you would think appeals to the Twins?
It’s not uncommon for Toronto to be on a players no trade list given the border. The same with how a lot of big market teams end up on NTC’s so that a player has a better chance of getting something from the team in exchange for waiving - not to mention some players just might not want those big markets and media attention.Just curious, why do you think his NTC has Toronto on it?
Very steep.. especially because they’re chasing a bit for just the second WC spot. With other teams loading up so much, should have just stood pat.
RightBetween this and David Krejci announcing he's done in North America I think it's time I turn my phone off for the day
J.A. Happ on the move out of nowhereProbably Pineda for peanuts?
Could you imagine lmao
