Funny story, I actually play soccer with the guy that gave him it. The video of him giving it to him was on his snapchat, if I can get him to send it to me I'll put it up here, the whole exchange was pretty surreal haha

Bednar seems like a very down to earth and even keeled type of dude. The Avs and it's fans are pretty darn lucky to have this guy leading the team.

My friends girlfriend is the person that made the "Too Many Men Shirt" and he sent me a few recordings of them asking Bednar questions after a practice (or some function) in a parking lot and Bednar was just so patient and didn't mind answering the questions at all about what constitutes a quality shot vs quantity shot or how his players "are like kids and don't always listen to their parents".

He just seems like a f***ing loveable guy. I can see how players would love playing with him.
