Yes. This is a fresh start, and while I have not followed his career from what I have read since we signed him this opportunity is exactly what he needs in his career. This was a a good risk to take.

It was only a quick sample that I watched. But yes, the twitter account that you quoted seems pretty accurate. Towards the end with Montreal, he had almost lost his shot completely. So when I saw him shoot in that video. It instantly caught my attention. If he's healthy and motivated, and not expected to be the "star". I think you all will be pleasantly surprised. I personally think that Mac will give him the kick in the ass, that he needs.

We really shouldn't worry about Drouin's offensive production. He was injury riddled last season on one of the worst team in the league and still paced for 40 points. Compher in a career year with time next to Rantanen put up 50 points. And yes I know Compher a way better 2 way player.
