The Kraken skate and check very, very hard. That is their bread and butter.

However, they are the most bland hockey team in the league. Even the most average roster ever assembled in Detroit has more high-end talent.

The Kraken are LOADED with good players, but nobody great until Beniers takes that next step.

Their offensive strategy is insanely vanilla. It's why they weren't a threat tonight at all.

They are extremely predictable on offense, which stems from lack of high end talent. They need some higher end talent.

They are super frustrating because they never stop skating hard but if you weather the storm so to speak they start running out of stream. We outshot them like 15-8 in the 3rd and we're the overall better team that period.

I’d actually would say he has with his play. Varly was awful at point shots and vision beyond 30 feet from his net. He was a great athletic goalie that is missing those quick muscle twitch fibers George has. With a groin that was already exploding.

It’s a fair point. This was the first game I even noticed Tatar and it was because of his physical play. I was not expecting that from him. Hopefully they can develop some chemistry and start scoring too.

Kraken took a ton of shots but other than some lucky bounces early didn’t think any of them were crazy dangerous. In fact their best chance the Avs got lucky on because McCann whiffed on it. It was just the constant pressure for 5-minute stretches in 1st and 2nd that got them 1 goal and close on a few others. Georgie was seeing the puck well. Avs were awful for the first 30 minutes getting through neutral zone. Got better last 10 minutes of 2nd. The 3rd was pretty even until Avs got rolling a little bit in final 10. Was nice to see the other Linus step up more as the game went on.

Avs figured it the f*** out tonight. Insane last year in game 7 when they kept avoiding his glove hand.

You go glove on him, you're scoring 3+ every night.

Got goals from different players in this game, but still need to get guys like RyJo, Colton, Tatar, Wood going offensively. If that happens, this team is gonna be unstoppable the way they defend and Georgiev is playing
