Wait, where is this info from?

I’ve seen a lot of great Leaf seasons and this is right at the top.

Amazing listening to the “fan590” say he doesn’t deserve the Hart and goals aren’t that special. Despite the poisonous media, what Auston did this year, with 60 goals and a true 200 foot game, was awesome to watch.

hard to believe the consensus on here just two years ago was that he'd never win a rocket

Matthews scoring 60 goals in 73 games while leading his team to second place in a division that featured the President trophy winner and 2-time defending Cup champions deserves the Hart

Oilers fans explaining why anyone other than Connor McDavid winning the Hart for the next 20 years is a hate crime

On raw totals Matthews has a 9% cushion on # 2.

On proficiency (actual time played with SH removed), Matthews has a 24.5% cushion on number 2.

To help you visualize, that's like one guy showing up less than 4 days per week for work and the other showing up 5 days per week and the other guy still makes more widgets. And that's the closest guy.

I can see Auston stringing together 7-8 consecutive Rockets… next year, he gets 70+ goals.
