I was thinking this today. Hopefully we can extend him past this deal. If so, in my mind he will be a lock for greatest leaf of all time. I definitely don’t think there has ever been a more talented maple leaf. Certainly not in my 30 years on this planet

Absolutely. On top of that he just keeps getting better. He is definitely faster this season and is playing a very strong 200 ft. Game.

He is the far superior 200ft player and a better sniper, but overall offensive game goes to McDavid.

yep they've been doing that since last year I think, the Spezza hat trick goal is another gorgeous shot.

The biggest difference in his game being physical.
It's giving him more space.
He also looks more determined .
