He’s not even leading in goals scored this year yet. Some kind of fan ego stoking preference changes nothing. Generational is a exception. There are lots of good players

I'd probably be a vegan too if I had the luxury of chefs cooking specifically for me.

Still larely an inaccessible diet of affluence.

Nah, I was vegan for 2 years as a broke grad student in Michigan. It's actually easy to save money by going vegan. Vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, rice, naan, bread, etc. all very affordable. Never felt healthier. If you only grab meat substitutes, then it can be expensive. Or if you live in an urban food desert (i.e., ghettos) without a car and can't get to a grocery store.

In Toronto it's very easy. I'm mostly vegan but clients love going to steakhouses and I don't wanna be "that guy" and get the salad only.

Felt it was an odd choice to play Matthews only three minutes in the third tonight. Didn't seem like he was the single biggest problem out there. But I guess it's good that the coach is able to be tough on the guys when required.

Maybe Keefe didn't want to risk any possible injury given what the score was.

Also if Matthews ice time in the 3rd was limited wasn't Marner's when he wasn't on the penalty kill.

Other than fruits and nuts that's all pretty cheap stuff.

Anyone who works out knows beans are the cheapest protein out there (they do come with a lot of carbs though). I have a friend who's an ultra-marathon runner and he's vegan and he performs extremely well on his diet.

Almost everyone was a problem, but he had one of his floaty type games no doubt.

Not sure how he didn’t get a second assist on Marner’s first goal last night. Barrie passed the puck to Matthews in the corner and it looked like he redirected it nicely behind the net for Hyman. Didn’t see a really close up view though so perhaps he just feigned playing it so it would ring around the boards.
