So misguided. Got hit up a supermarket and fill your cart with meat for protein, check out. Then go home, do your research, go back and fill your cart with equivalent beans and lentils for protein. The second trip will cost you vastly less.
As for personal chefs, even better is learning how to cook. Because that applies to all diets, and is generally a good thing to be able to do. If you know how to cook, any meal can taste great.
