Do they see him as a SS or a 2B is the question?
To me if you get Bregman he’s a 3B

I watch MLB Hot Stove show quite a bit and the GM of Astros was on Wednesday from GM meetings and his comments and vibe was they want and intend to bring back Bregman

If he’s out there the Orioles & Yankees scream 3B and if Soto goes to LA or Mets the Yankees will be all in

I think the Jays will be all in on Bregman. They have the money to sign him.
I see Soto going to the highest bidder, which will be the Mets.

I can't decide if it's progress that I've shifted from "they're not going to make any big moves" to "they'll make big moves, but they'll be the wrong ones"

Going to D’Angelos #9 (in honor of Ted Williams for real) coming home and watching MLB Network Hot Stove (Lauren Shihati is my baseball Sophia)

I believe we get it right

MLB really needs to find a way to make their offseasons like the NFL, NHL, and NBA. The waiting just kills so much interest. Do something to provide incentive for teams to sign players early.

Haha so……I got to end of street and thought ‘I can go right to D’Angelos and have to go route 1 and pain in the ass, or go left and go 30 seconds and go to D’Orsis where I know the people there and get a steak & cheese or bomb and be home max 2 minutes after I get it

Being an under achieving spoiled brat who usually took the path of least resistance I went to D’Orsis

Absolutely unfortunately

Boras makes them all his bitches

I would tell him you got X amount of days and here’s our offer but everything should be over by Black Friday

Let unsigned players use Thanksgiving as basically last day to decide

Waiting till February listening to Scott Boras tell us Jordan Montgomery is Greg Maddux is ridiculous

Wow, I am just as close to D’Orsi’s as you are, I go with the Italian or steak and cheese when I am there.

Can't believe I walked by it twice when wanting that type of food a week ago. Far enough from me I guess.

I got new tires at Sullivan and went to Peabody Meadows while I waited and cranked out 27 holes w cart on the back 9 before anyone else made the turn.

Took my inlaws to Su Chang's that evening. Need to stop doing takeout there bc the Mai Tais are still only $8 each and pre covid prices. I can't eat cheap Chinese food.

ESPN looks at the offseason plans for the Red Sox:

After taking a step in the right direction with a third-place finish in the AL East, Red Sox president of baseball operations Craig Breslow is prioritizing left-handed pitchers and right-handed hitters this offseason. To find the right lineup mix, Breslow could deal from a position of strength that other teams covet: Boston's stockpile of left-handed hitters.

"We are thinking about how we can balance it out in the other direction," Breslow said.

Boston's pitching staff was one of MLB's big surprises during the first half of the season but tanked in the second half, ranking 25th in ERA after the All-Star break as opposed to fifth before it. Injuries and workload capacity led to some high-scoring affairs for the opposition.

"We had a fairly novel approach to pitching in terms of limiting fastballs," Breslow explained. "The league reacted. There was a period of time that we were slow to correct for that, but over the last month of the season our rotation was good again. We could upgrade there. It's not a secret our rotation is all right-handed, so if we can balance that out, it's something that could benefit."
