Wow Lundqvist getting taken as a backup is a real blow to those teams that don’t have a starter yet. He was great value here IMO.
I’ll select Ace Bailey, RW
An offensive star who eventually transformed his game to become an effective defensive player. I’ve wanted to draft him before but never had the chance. He’ll add goal scoring and also fits the North Stars two-way identity. He’ll play on the PK as well.

Who can take a list?
If I had needed a LW more than I'd needed a RW...I'll pick one of the best defensive wingers of all-time: Marty Pavelich, LW...Pavelich is the type of athlete often referred to as a “team player”. He is a holier guy, a potent force in the locker room, never gripes and is a spark plug on the ice with his perpetual motion skating.
If I had needed a LW more than I'd needed a RW...
That said, I'd be interested in knowing what you mean when you say "he is a holier guy..."![]()
He's probably too holy to willingly play for a GM that brazenly proclaims that he's the spawn of Satan himself...If I had needed a LW more than I'd needed a RW...

Coach Frank Boucher of New York Rangers calls his right wing star, Bryan Hextall, one of the greatest two-way hockey players to hit the National Hockey League in years. He points out that "Hexie" not only does a fine sniping chore, but is one of the toughest and most effective back-checkers in the game.
