I love watching the Sharks get bounced year after year. Absolutely hilarious.

I like a lot of their players, but just how pathetic they are in the post season is just ****ing hysterical at this point, and I look forward to it happening more.

I always found his comments about the Rangers ironic.

"They were probably the softest team we played on the trip," Thornton said. "We should have had these two points."

And this comes form a guy who is softer than baby **** when the games matter most.

You often hear that the team that got the best player in the deal won, which makes the Thornton trade from 2005 interesting. Boston jettisoned a star center who is a point-per-game player. Instant benefits for San Jose. The interesting part is the Bruins have gone on to make two Stanley Cup finals appearances, winning one, with rosters that never replaced him. Yes, they brought in Marc Savard who gave them the production of a first line center before concussions issues got to him, but the 2011-2014 teams never had a leading scorer even break 70 points. And one of the reasons why they can do this is because they have modest (compared to Thornton) regular season producers like Krejci, Lucic and Marchand who actually get better in the playoffs and find that extra gear rather than wilt when the going gets tough.

How about Tyler Seguin from this season? They trade him, breaks out in Dallas, and yet, they don't even really need him. Scary to see.

2-0 Habs with 4 min gone by in the 2nd.

If we can get by the Pens, I would much rather have to face the Habs

Yeah, not seeing how they're dominating. They had a decent first period and their PK let them down. Been all Habs in this second period, Bruins can barely get anything going.

I guess i should have spesified that i meant the period (2nd) before the goal.
1st period was pretty even, but still Bruins keeping the preasure and Habs counter attacking

It pisses me right off that we don't get to hear our local broadcast after the 1st round.

Habs are such a well structured team. They've got great fundamentals, and they're as good as any team in the neutral zone. Would not be surprised at all to see them come out of the east.

Brad Marchand has such a punchable face. I'm surprised he doesn't get hit in the mouth every shift.
