Just looked at the trade board. Eichel to Vegas. Are we Ok with this?
In a way I am to. But at the same time. If he leads them to a cup we may regret it. Of course, with them playing in the west, could mean they pay a much lower price than what Rangers would have to payI won't speak for anyone else on HFNYR, but I'm more than ok with it.

Maybe. But at least they are tryingI guarantee you that we won't regret not trading for Eichel. Let him go to Vegas. If that teams finds a way to win a cup with him, good for him and them. Don't care, unless it's against us.
I think the window for Vegas is limited though. When they crash, they are going to crash hard.

According to Butch, the Islanders should be 82-0 every year and they should never be on the penalty kill. He's the absolute worst. He makes my ears bleed. Today, when the game was literally 20 seconds old, he said the Isles were off to a good start. He couldn't even wait a few minutes before making an ass out of himself.
Lot of moving parts involved, including whether Eichel has his surgery performed by Dr Frankenstein.
Very timely since it involves his neck. Eichel will walk out with electrodes sticking out of both sides of his neck. Whether they are functional or non-functional (decorative) remains to be seen. Really depends on if insurance is willing to cover them.
Dumbest tradition in hockey that could’ve been so good
What would you call Ottawa? And pretty much any prediction has Nashville as one of the worst teams this year as well. But anyway not trying to start an argument, just thought it was kinda funny for someone to talk about quality of opponents when you have had a soft schedule as well. If you had beaten Florida, Carolina, Tampa and Boston, I probably have had no ground to stand on.
Well, Vegas are going after big name players. Stone, Pietrangelo and Maybe Eichel. The reason many wanted a Rangers rebuild was because of the lack of stars. Vegas seems to get it done without tearing everything down and waste half a decade. Or eight to ten years which is what you really need according to Ken Holland. And teams that don't trade for Eichel aren't trying? I would say they are pretty smart. It's all rumor right now anyway. I'm very happy the Rangers stayed away from this potential disaster. Anybody who trades for him should not expect him to play this year. This is a huge risk for a team, giving up multiple assets/picks for a player with serious neck issues making 10 mil per. It is my opinion that the team that trades for him will regret it. So happy it won't be the Rangers.
"I bet buchnevich's urine makes the grass grow greener over there."Jovo could be staring at the Sahara and would think, “I bet the grass is greener there.”

Are the refs kidding with that penalty shot call? LOL
Absolute bullet on his goal today. Wow.Kupari had a good game for LA, second star of the game. Kind of unfortunate, he's getting comfy in the NHL now so guess we can forget about getting him in a trade.
hey, no 3 point game for us. i'll take it.
