See, these teams ain't gonna play any defense but they're fun so I don't mind.

The Rangers are in this weird spot where they bleed chances against but they're also conservative somehow.

Ehhh once you get into the third round the crapshoot really begins so I’m not too worried about where that pick is.

There's a 'no fun' clause written into everyone's contract when they join the Rangers organization
 
I f***in LOVE when Pierre asks Eddy O if a current player reminds him of a retired one and he pretty much tells him to go scratch.

Yeah but even with that pick I don’t particularly care what they do with it. We got #1 I’m not greedy. I wouldn’t even mind if they did something crazy with it at this point.

Not a full third rounder though, just maybe a 6-10 extra spots late in the third round.

I'd agree that the value is close, but I think I'd prefer that one extra step in the first round.

22nd and 91st or 23rd and 83rd. Something like that.

He caught Olczyk off guard. Olczyk never sounds like he's paying attention. Notice the dead air while Olczyk tried to come up with something to say.

moving up one spot in the 1st round is much better than not moving down 6-9 spots in the third round. teams will literally throw a 3rd rounder at other teams just to move up a spot or two.

I had both Grubauer and Francouz on my $$ league team and watched both a ton and it can easily be argued that Francouz is the superior tender...just sayin. I think the Av's will be just fine going forward with no Grubauer who clearly looks like he's done for the playoffs as I'd be surprised if he didn't tear his groin.
