if the Rangers can land a Holloway I think we will be happy. Anything more is a bonus

It's going to be a lot tougher after the bullshit performance last night, but we still have a somewhat realistic shot at passing the Pens if they keep spiraling since we have three more games against them this season. Win all three and we make up a lot of ground.
 
It's still possible for Toronto and Carolina to miss the playoffs.

For the first time in history, I may want the Islanders to succeed down the stretch.

We need Bob to get hot and Carolina to continue their bad hockey.

Rooting hard for the Jackets and Panthers down the stretch but not holding my breath

works for me. Although I am only familiar with Holloway. He’s physical with a bit of a mean streak.

No. No way. No F'ing way. I want them to fail miserably and not have draft picks to compound the misery.

The point disparity between the Red Wings (32) and the Kings (31) is bigger than the gap between the Kings and the 10th ranked team.

It’s insane how bad Detroit is.

I dont care if they win a battle. They will ultimately lose the war. Their team is bad. They have no future.

If it means we get a higher pick for them to have a short live playoffs. I'll take it.

It'd also may help with league revenue since they're in a bigger market than a Carolina or Columbus. I don't care what other teams do. I care if it benefits us though.
 
Almost halfway through the game and CBJ is up 1 with only 6 shots on goal. I know the Rangers aren't serious contenders or anything, but some of these teams getting in ahead of them is just lame as hell.

If Shesterkin doesn’t get in that accident we make the playoffs. It’s just another NYR story of what ifs you can’t make up if you tried.
