I’d seriously consider checking on Eichel
now don’t @ME here just tell me if you’d do it. Don’t tell me that buffalo wouldn’t and I’m an idiot and don’t talk to me about the cap. Just tell me if you’d make this trade at the draft:
Buffalo gets:
Strome Lundkvist Kravtsov and the Carolina/Toronto 2020 first round pick
NYR get Eichel
Bone broth is a great source of collagen, I often have one simmering at home.I'm sorry, didn't mean to imply you made any disparaging remarks. It just struck a very familiar cord with me.
But I have to say I disagree with a number of points you made.
Chicken soup has recently been found useful for arthritis. Reason collagen.

Chicken capsules good for aching joints, arthritis study finds
They recently did a study on glandulars. To see if they really go to their specific glands. So they gave them isotopes to follow their path. Sure enough the thymus glandulars went to the thymus, the thyroid glandulars to the thyroid, so on and so forth. Doesn't seem unreasonable collagen does the same, since it has been showing benefits. But I could be wrong on this point as they are not the same thing.
B12 can be taken sublingually. You don't need shots. In US no need for doc (shots yes). You can get it on Amazon or anywhere. I agree though the digestive tract has trouble with it. And it gets worse with age.
And as far as big pharma don't be so naïve. They will do anything to keep the bucks rolling in. It is in their interest to have a sickly population so they can sell their expensive drugs. And will do anything to protect that. So any nutrients that would benefit our health are a danger to their pockets.
There is this emulsifier called carrageenan used in ice cream and other foods and supplements. Trump has just allowed this excipient to be used in organically labeled foods. But it has been known for decades to be a carcinogen. In fact, I first came across it, studying trials on colon cancer. (I'm a cancer survivor) They use it because it predictably induces cancerous tumors in lab rats so they can study anti-cancer treatments. But because a couple of studies that showed it was safe, they are allowing it, even with the decades of evidence to the contrary.
Here are the studies....
Clarifying the confusion between poligeenan, degraded carrageenan, and carrageenan: A review of the chemistry, nomenclature, and in vivo toxicology... - PubMed - NCBI
Effects of carrageenan on cell permeability, cytotoxicity, and cytokine gene expression in human intestinal and hepatic cell lines - ScienceDirect
They look pretty convincing right? Well that is til you realize they were bought and paid for by a company called FMC Corporation. And who are they? Only the world's leading producer of carrageenan.
There are billions on the table. A couple of million for bogus trials is well worth it. Don't be naïve. You're a bright young man, with a bright future. I know you are part of the medical paradigm, but you also have choices in making informed decisions.
NYI-CAR going to OT was the worst possible outcome of that game.

Not sure if this was covered, too lazy to look back.
Is anyone concerned about going to games due to the Coronavirus?
I have tickets for 3/16, got them for my daughters birthday (and mine too lol). It's only 10 days away but who knows where the spread will be by then.
There has been talk about possibly playing some games/playoffs with no crowds to get the full season in, like how Asia is playing baseball right now. Crazy.
So anyone try out for cfo? Most look like actors.
Anyone else been watching the misadventures of Brady Skeji with Carolina? He has been just awful.
Toronto won't miss. Carolina might thoughPlayoff matchups are amazing
best if the Rangers continue to load up with the draft. Would be nice if both Carolina and Toronto miss
Toronto's next two games are against Boston and Tampa...Toronto won't miss. Carolina might though
