Shattenkirk just made a move that he never once made during his time here.

Even when he scored the goal he looks more happy than he did anytime here. He should have played here like it was his favorite childhood team. What a horrible signing that was. We got lucky that we were able to buy him out.

I thought he was great until his knee was bad enough to take him out of the lineup. Was pretty hard for anyone to look good or even happy last year, especially for a defenseman who’s great on the powerplay and wasn’t being given powerplay time :dunno:

Yeah I am going to watch that game now. I tried with Oilers-Devils but this is just not that entertaining.

Lightning added one but the scoring pace has slowed. Still entertaining though. Two offensively creative teams.

The 14-day gap between games 1 and 4 of the regular season is the biggest since the 1941-42 season for the Rangers
If only we had a World War as an excuse, gotta love those schedulemakers.

**** that loser. Of COURSE he starts to actually produce when he isn’t already being handsomely paid

Oh he's being paid handsomely alright.

I very much am looking forward to the Bruins/Avalanche matchup.

Two of the very best lines in hockey no question going head to head baby.

Unfortunately I have Grubauer NMack and Pasternak on my fantasy teams because I got a feeling it's going to be a shootout....like 6-5 type of shootout. Oh well, so long as NMac and Pasta scores a few, I'll take the hit in GAA and Save % from Grubie.

Oh, James Neal has another goal.

That trade looked bad in the summer. Every game Neal plays, it looks worse. What was Peters' problem with Neal in Calgary? He didn't get a fair shot. The guy scores in Dallas, Pittsburgh, Nashville, Vegas--does almost nothing in Calgary--and is now back to being a goal scorer in Edmonton.

I'm probably in the minority but f*** it....I get a kick out of Jack Edwards mucho homerism as well as Andy Brickley's Boston accent and his homerism as well. I dunno...it just doesn't bother me like it does alot of my brothers in here who I've read their comments about. It's entertainment and I want to be entertained. And if I can laugh while listening to an another teams announcer...give me more of that...lol

Same thing about Rick "May Day...May Day...May Day"Jeannerette of the Sabres...his homerism is what makes him so good.

Bergeron,Marchand and Pasta vs NMack, Landeskog and Rantaan is living up to it's billing. Both lines are flying.

Look forward to when these two teams come to MSG and our Zibs,Panarin and Buch line goes against them...should be awesome.

Said it two years ago and again last year how are the leafs supposed to get by the Bruins or Lightning?

And just as I finish typing that...the Bruins strike first as Marchand to Pasta...1-0 Boston. There will be alot of scoring in this game...I feel it.
