I guess they expect him to add stuff and things to their management group. :sarcasm:

Kidding aside good for him.

Tarasenko in 2013-14 isn't even close to the player Tarasenko is today. If he was on the Rangers, he'd be a 3rd line winger at best and it would not have mattered in the cup run

He was always a legit scoring threat, it might have mattered. An extra threat, even a rookie, might have mattered. None of us can say with authority what would and what would not have mattered in a fantasy scenario that didn't happen.

More than Tarasenko though, perhaps if Cherepanov hadn't died he would have been the high end scoring threat the Rangers needed.

John Moore played a lot for Boston this series and looked good. I can't recall but did he look as good when he played for the Rangers?

Did they give him enough playing time to see what he was capable of? Or did AV bury him.
IIRC he led ALL players in offensive zone start % during the 2014 playoffs. The only player who might have had more was Patrick Kane.

Guys, you’re still talking about Tarasenko? Buffalo literally GAVE THEM the f***ing Conn Smythe winner. Let it go.

I like the Hawks at 33-1. They will have some money to spend this summer. They had a strong finish to their season.

Florida at 25-1. Vegas expects them to sign Panarin and Bob. No reason for them to be 25-1. They weren’t very good last season.

Florida wasn’t good just because they had James Reimer and a hapless Roberto Luongo in net all season, they also only missed by like a point or two
