the guy is dancing with his wife at his wedding, does it really merit a full paragraph personality diagnosis?

I don’t know? Someone else posted the video in response to my prior post about him - I’m sure you already know this. Since it was presented without context as a response to my other post, which had nothing to do with his wedding, I responded under the presumptive context that it was related to my prior comment. It’s not as if I just grabbed a video of a dude at his wedding and decided to ridicule it. Again, positive that you already know this so… not really sure your comment has a point. I stated an opinion about Marner. The video was posted as a response to my opinion, without comment. Thus, without knowing if it was meant to contradict my original opinion, support it, etc. I simply elaborated on my initial post, which - as you are already aware - had nothing to do with his wedding. This is actually pretty simple shit, so… maybe it doesn’t “merit” the snarky comment that doesn’t advance the conversation in any way or have any relevance? Couldn’t be.

I notice Kakko isn't on that list.

Seriously though, this trade looks a lot different if Kakko performs like a #2 pick.

Welp that's not a discount for Matthews. I guess that means Nylander wont take another one and he is likely gone? Or maybe they can get rid of Tavares?

Lol at paying Matthews $13.25M he's gonna make more than McDavid by the end of their careers.

6.5 for a 24 year old that will be 25 at the start of the season, who scored 30 goals and 60+ points last season, and scored 25 goals the year prior.

He's on an upward trajectory.

Trocheck's early years were very similar production to Hagel at basically the same age. I would have paid a 25 year old Trocheck that contract. Not a 30 year old Trocheck.

If the Rangers had Hagel we would be gushing. He also had some Selke votes apparently.

Tampa grabbed a young forward on the rise and committed to him. Rangers like to do the opposite and ship out young forwards while watching them blossom elsewhere.

Rangers are too chicken shit to commit on the ice and with contracts to young forwards. Maybe we shouldn't question the team that won two Cups and been to several other Finals and Conference Finals over the past decade.

They traded like an entire draft class for Tanner Jeannot. I think we can question them.

Bad trade. Buch had durability issues last year. STL might trade him as soon as this deadline and as late as next deadline depending on their situation.

So rather than being a Rick Middleton, Mike Ridley, or Sergei Zubov, it's looking more like a Syl Apps or reverse Walt Poddubny.
