Bobrovsky has started 21 of the last 22 games, and that doesnt include the Olympics.

Tomorrow should be his third start in four days and they will get into Columbus late tonight while the Rangers are already there.

If the Rangers can grab a lead after 20 mins or keep it tied they will tire out the BJs.

This is why I'm pessimistic

The chances of 5 ROW for these 5 teams is like.... 1.5%.

In other news, we are going to look for TOR to skid out of control. The only thing we can have faith in right now.

Bobrovski back to back ?

They are a franchise that is very, very capable of this. With a team like that the wheels can come off in a hurry and in disastrous fashion.

I'm now simply looking forward to standings rival games where we can hope for 3 point games and at least have a team lose out on a point.

If it makes anyone feel any better, the Rangers control their own destiny with Toronto and Columbus currently. Hopefully the 8 goal outburst settled everyone down.

Jackets have an easy schedule . Isles and Canes twice .

Does anyone remember 2012 when the Penguins were charging hard at the end and ran into the Isles during a home-and-home, losing both. They were 14-1-1 in their last 16 before the Isles swept that home and home. Maybe they can help out big brother again.

I doubt they're going to kill themselves for us .

We need to win tomorrow .

Yes and no. Assumed quality of opponents, I'd say middle of the road as compared to others in our division. Quantity - potentially worse than anyone else in the league.

To quote Shawn Mitchell:
Tonight’s game is the second of a stretch of seven games in 12 days, but the schedule only gets tougher. The Blue Jackets hold the second and final wild-card spot in the Eastern Conference. To keep it or earn a higher seed, they will have to endure the toughest 12-day stretch to end an NHL season in 34 years. The Blue Jackets will play eight games, including a rescheduled game at Dallas, from April 1 to 12.

This could be one of those years where the Rangers will have to clinch on the last day of the season. They have really left themselves with no margin for error - those losses last week, losing late to Edmonton and NJ instead of getting at least one point by pushing it past regulation, etc. There were so many wasted opportunities for more points this season.

I wonder who's gonna be our Olli Jokinen this year.

I really hope it doesn't come down to the last game of the season. If nobody else has noticed, that game is against the Habs. In Montreal. The Bell Centre. Oh god.
