Yes a bit late news, but it will be interesting if it`s enough to win a cup for Leafs- they start to get really close with Tampa based on team strength.

I don't think it's enough, and I don't think the leafs are done trading.

Watching a KHL game on the 11 Sports (part of Verizon package) where CSKA is playing Ak Bars. Very good game - shows quality of competition in the leagues top 1/3 team about 10 teams.

The middle is about 8 teams that includes both Traktor and Sochi. Higher AHL level is probably a comparable give or take.

Bottom 7 in the KHL is a lower AHL level.

Islanders getting mention as one of the landing spots for Panarin via trade. Man... that would be a tough pill to swallow. Thinking through it however, how likely is Lou to trade away assets for a player who is destined to be a UFA? They just lost one of the biggest UFA's ever for nothing! If they traded for Panarin, theycould be in that same boat again.

I think the Isles are poised to make a big deal. Personally i think they will look for a player with Term. Im thinking Terasenko via trade.

Please, and I mean PLEASE Lou deal away something nice, lose in the first round & fail to sign him and let him come to us.

Best case scenario right there.

On behalf of St. Lawrence University, I formally apologize for giving the hockey community Pierre McGuire.
Also On behalf of Bergen Catholic High School (albeit I don't dislike him as much as other do and actually enjoy his appearances on 690 tsn at 5pm)

So where does Anthony Duclair end up next?

Sat all night after one shift early in the game, he made a weak play at his own blueline then struggled to get back before a goal was scored.

Talented 23 year old, not working hard enough, about to be going to yet another team.
