They don't want to play him I think that much is obvious, they can't send him to the Q unless the Remparts want to trade him or one of their other import players. Which is probably the most likely outcome.

He's not AHL eligible he came from the Q, those kids have to wait until they're 20 to play in the AHL. Unless they changed it, which they didn't because they would have assigned him instead of trying to send him down on a conditioning assignment.

Oh thats right. Silly rule really, hate when some bureaucracy messes with young players development.
 
For those who haven't seen it, in the 1st period between Ottawa and Minnesota, Clarke MacArthur made this absolutely gorgeous between-the-legs pass to Kyle Turris for a SHG. Absolutely beautiful. Wow.
 
And for two "rivals" this Pittsburgh-Washington game is boring as ****.
 
This is one of the few times in recent years that I rooted for the Pens. The Caps were getting too hot, nice to see them fall back down to earth a bit.

MacArthur was the main guy I wanted before the FA period opened up.
 
Why can't the Rangers score with the extra attacker like the Devils do. Devils have a chance to pass the Rangers.
 
It's nauseating how we'll playing our ****ing rear ends off and fire 90 shots on net and can't get anything to go, while the Devils who get outplayed just about every game have other teams scoring for them.
 
You make your own luck in this league. Go hard to the net and good things happen. Although it would be nice to have our opponents score for us once in a while I guess.

I mean to be fair Hagelin did "score" the game winner against Columbus in the same way. However, that game didn't feature 2 ******** goals and we deserved to win that one. Just like we deserved to win the Kings game, despite the Quick goal.
 
I used to think the Devils made their own luck, back when they were actually good. Now even with a terrible roster pucks are still somehow just bouncing into the other team's net.
 
The best thing that could have happened for the Devils is the Salvador injury. They brought up Gelinas who can actually provide some offense from the blueline, something they have been sorely lacking in recent years. That and Brodeur seems to have found the fountain of youth. And cheesburgers.
 
The Debs are living off of loser points keep that in mind. Its disgusting that they are ahead of us now because of the loser points. Such a flawed system.

Salvador isn't injured. Making your captain a healthy scratch just looks bad. Lamoriello makes sure before you become a Devil he can break you. It's the only thing Lamoriello is good at.
