oh, really

Might of gone real south after his comments after they got beat by us "I think they played good and deserved to win tonight,” Avalanche forward Ryan Johansen said. “We just needed more to get past [Saros] and get on the board. It was a good game until early in the third there and they extended their lead. It was a fun game to play.”

It was a fun game to play..... probably not the takeaway you wanted there joey

I mean that seems to be Joey's personality. Dude wants everything to be fun but in the world of professional sports that's not always going to cut it

It was fun watching Marchand get hammered then get up acting like a little whiney bitch. As if that turtle is actually going to fight someone.

Ovechkin is 54 away from Wayne...with 2 yrs left on his contract. Could you imagine the FA frenzy if Ovi ties the record JUST as his contract ends?

Calgary reminding me of us last year... sold a bunch of players, still making a run at the playoffs.

Vegas lost again.
Will absolutely laugh my ass off if both Vegas and Tampa miss the playoffs.

Just a couple weeks ago the West looked like 7 locks and 5 teams playing for WC2.

Now 6 or 7 teams gunning for 3 spots.

The East is just as insane. Isles making a push. If they make it they either displace Tampa, which would be cool, or Philly or Detroit, which would be a soul crush for those two since they have been in playoff spots all year.

Watching these races unfold sure is a lot more fun when we are winning

Kings eek it out in OT ... thanks for nothing Sens. So Preds, Kings, Vegas all sitting at the 73-75 point range with them fighting for 3rd in their division and us battling with the loser of that fight for wild card position. As of the morning of March 8, the Preds hold the tie break against both of those teams. The Flames and Kraken sit 4-8 points back depending what they do with their games in hand ... the Blues 6-8 points back with just one game in hand.

And the Canucks are faltering a bit so now it's not clear which WC will get which division.

Canucks have given us fits this season. I would love it if they didnt win their division just so we had zero chance of facing them round one
They will still probably win the division, it's just that they aren't guaranteed to face the WC2 now

Blues lose, Flames lose.
4 teams now trail us by 10 points.
Gotta feel pretty good now.

Just noticed the sharks acquired Devin Cooley. Would be really cool if he got a shot at the big league
