Around the NHL: 2024-25 Season, Are You Not Entertained?

If you're right-handed and play some semblance of good defense.......NHL teams will PAY for your services.
The change of scenery seems to have worked well here, he didn't seem to be great in Seattle over the last year and a half, but he seems to be doing well with the Rangers.

I suppose there is the Adams end of things, being so wrapped up in "his" guys on his prospect list vs. the Kings' method of "meh, whatever" with their once enviable prospect list -

Strike a balance, eh?

I didn't see a 4 Nations thread to stick this in...

Blues general manager Doug Armstrong said the team tried to trade Saad before putting him on waivers Tuesday but could not find a suitable deal. He has one more season remaining on the five-year, $22.5 million free-agent contract he signed in 2021.

“If we could find a match, we would,” Armstrong said. “The market speaks and then you just react.”

My personal favorite -- Yeti(s) -- didn't make the final 3.

The final 3:
Utah Hockey Club
Utah Mammoth
Utah Wasatch

Note that the logo is down to two. "Hockey Club" or "Wasatch" would use the same logo while "Mammoth" would be its own.

"We engaged deeply with Yeti Cooler Company and worked with them over a process to see if there was some coexistence agreement that we could engage with them on," said Maughan. "They have a unique and strong trademark on anything published Yeti or Yetis. We did not have a coexistence agreement with Yeti and therefore have decided to move on from that name."

Wtf is a Wasatch?

Hopefully they go with Mammoth and hire Jason Woolley as GM
Mountains surrounding Salt Lake. They are why there is always an inversion over that area with all the pollution from the mining and shit that goes on there.
