Utah Polygamists

pitt - flo game is getting spicy
State animal : Rocky Mountain Elk - UTAH ELK

State insect: Honey Bee - UTAH STINGERS

The word Utah originated from the Native American “Ute” tribe which means people of the mountains - UTAH MOUNTAINEERS.

"Salt Lake City Sister-Wives"

So Gallagher got 5 games of regular season play, seems alot less than what Scheifele got considering Scheifele was a first time offender and got 4 playoff games.
You make it sound like there is some kind of rhyme and/or reason involved in the decision making process lol

Kings look terrible tonight something has gone terribly wrong

I just looked over their roster for rentals since they're clearly collapsing. Not much there, unfortunately.

Major bullet dodge by Dubois wanting out of here, wow.

Who would have known that some young stars wanting out is actually a good thing.

Looking back now Kane, PL D, and Laine wanting a change of scenery were all godsends. I would have liked to keep Trouba but not at that ugly price tag. He got paid as a top 10 NHL D man in the league at the time and he’s not even a #1.

Being an undesirable market for some but not all players has its upside. Not even joking on this one, sometimes the best results come from not being able to do stupid things. In our case all I can say is thank you to the diva’s for wanting out we are a better team because of it.

I mean, Laine didn't want out because "Winnipeg", unlike Kane and Dubois.

He's been their top rd and now rhe captain... 8m was a fair contract especially when Hou look at what we gave pionk - they got all of trouba's prime years

Yeah i never got that from trouba or Laine. Trouba you can understand given his wife's career and medical condition. If I had my choice to make things better family wise, keep the same job essentially I'd do it too. Laine stood up for the city when the Sharks were shitting on it, I don't think either he or trouba was a winnipeg thing. Don't think he jived with Maurice or perhaps wheeler and then the whole "mutual beneficial to part ways" came out. Different context vs PLD and Kane. Both those guys moved and the team got instantly better without them including the vibes.

At the time that was an overpayment based on his talent level and he was panned really heavily by the Rangers fans because they paid for a #1 franchise D man and that’s not what they got. Once Adam Fox arrived he was and remains the clear cut franchise D man and it pushed Trouba down to 2nd pair. Now Trouba has always been a really solid D man, he grew into the Captain role, brings the physical element. However you don’t pay top 10 in the NHL money to 30 point a year D men. Darnell Nurse comes to mind, he is really valuable to that team but he got overpaid.
